This 2 ½-day class is designed to give participants with no electrical background an in-depth understanding of electric utility operations. In addition, the class serves as review for participants familiar with electrical systems. This class provides participants with a working knowledge of the electrical systems found in today’s electric utility. As the world becomes more technical, those employees who are able to communicate on both a technical and non-technical level will be those who excel. The better an employee understands the utility’s product-the reliable delivery of electrical energy, the better the employee can serve the utility. This class provides that understanding.
